1. What Vatic is

Vatic is a free-to-play game where people make predictions on questions created by other users, using a points currency called Vpoints. It is for entertainment. It is not a betting, gambling, trading or financial service, and nothing on the site is financial or any other kind of advice.

2. Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 years old. By signing up you confirm that you are.
• You may have one account only. Do not create accounts for other people or use several accounts to gain an advantage.
• The site is not available in Spain. We may also restrict other countries or regions at any time. Do not use a VPN or other means to get around these limits.
• You must give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Vpoints

• Vpoints are free game points. They have no cash value.
• They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred between users or exchanged for money, goods, crypto or anything else of value.
• We may change, reset or remove Vpoints, ranks and stars (for example at the end of a season) and may correct balances after errors or abuse.
• Any prize we run is governed by our Official Rules.

4. Markets and resolving

• Any user can create a market (a question with a closing time). The creator resolves it after it closes and must give a source.
• The creator cannot predict on their own public market. In a private league the creator may play like any member.
• Leagues are private groups with their own league points, which have no value and are not Vpoints. League owners and creators give results in good faith, and we may close a league that breaks these terms.
• Winners share the Vpoints put on the other options, in proportion to what they put in. If nobody picked the winner, everyone gets their Vpoints back.
• Markets must have a clear, checkable answer. We may hide, edit, cancel or resolve a market ourselves if it breaks these terms, is resolved unfairly, or is unclear. In that case Vpoints may be refunded.
• Ranked rounds are resolved automatically from public price data. If the data is missing or unreliable, the round is cancelled and Vpoints are refunded.

5. What you may not do

Do not create markets, comments, pictures or links that:

• involve real-money bets, selling points, or any offer to pay out or take payment for results;
• target, expose or harass a private person, or share anyone's personal data;
• concern deaths, violence, self-harm, tragedies or crimes in a way that promotes or mocks them;
• contain hate speech, sexual content, content involving minors, scams, malware or phishing;
• break the law or someone else's rights, or imitate another person or organisation;
• are spam, or are designed to manipulate results (several accounts, bots, scripts, collusion, or exploiting bugs).

6. Your content and links

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us a free licence to show it on Vatic and in previews of your pages when they are shared. You promise you have the right to post it. Creators may add links to their social media, shops or other sites. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for them. Use them at your own risk.

7. Reporting and moderation

You can report a market or comment with the Report button. We may remove content, restrict features, reset points or close accounts that break these terms, with or without warning if the breach is serious. You can ask us to review a decision by writing to [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL].

8. Availability and changes

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; if the change is important we will tell you on the site, and continuing to use it means you accept the new terms.

9. Liability

Because the game is free and Vpoints have no value, we are not liable for lost Vpoints, ranks or markets. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for fraud or intentional harm), or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

10. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time by writing to [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL]. We may close accounts that break these terms.

11. Law and contact
